Find a Project Wage Schedule
Search for the project record, load the official DLS schedule, and choose the rates that apply on your estimate date.
Use the project-specific DLS schedule for bidding. Massachusetts prevailing wage schedules are issued for a particular project. Example town schedules are useful for estimating only and should not replace the schedule supplied by the awarding authority.

Search the Commonwealth's public reprint index, then load the official schedule rates into the calculator. If DLS does not expose the generated PDF directly, upload the official reprint PDF and the tracker will extract it.

Calculate prevailing wage labor cost
Load rates from an official DLS schedule or enter them manually. The calculator keeps the DLS total rate separate from the employer's qualifying benefit contributions.
How overtime is estimated: the regular hourly rate is the DLS total rate minus allowable benefit contributions actually made by the employer. Overtime cash wages are estimated at 1.5× that regular rate. Benefit cost is then added separately for all entered hours. Confirm plan/CBA treatment for overtime hours.

Data status & methodology
Statewide and municipal sources, one AGC view
The tracker normalizes project and procurement information published by DCAMM, MBTA, Massport, MSBA, MWRA and selected municipal capital plans. Source links remain attached to each record so members can verify the underlying agency information.
Built around the delta
Nightly snapshots are compared field-by-field. Routine source refreshes and cosmetic edits are suppressed while commercially meaningful changes are elevated.
Conservative by design
Missing values are left blank rather than estimated. A one-day disappearance is flagged for verification, not treated as a cancellation. Partial collector runs cannot replace the latest complete baseline.
Posted dates vs. forecasts
The Bid Calendar distinguishes exact owner-published deadlines from anticipated bid quarters or windows. Forecasts are planning intelligence; contractors should confirm requirements, dates, scopes and eligibility directly with the issuing owner.

Schedule Lookup queries the public DLS reprint index for project records and can extract rates from an official DLS reprint PDF. The project-specific schedule controls for bidding and payroll.
Calculator, not a wage determination
The Labor Cost Calculator estimates crew cost using loaded or manually entered rates. It does not decide worker classification, benefit-credit eligibility or issue an official wage determination.
